Get in touch.

Call for anything urgent — that is always fastest. For everything else, the form below reaches the shop directly.

Send us a message

Drop an Elementor Pro Form widget here, or a shortcode from a form plugin such as WPForms, Fluent Forms or Contact Form 7.

Fields worth asking for: name, phone, address, and one dropdown for what kind of work it is — plumbing, heating, cooling or emergency. Route emergency submissions to a phone that gets checked, or leave that option off the form entirely so urgent jobs come in by phone.

Do not ask for anything you will not use. Every extra field costs you submissions.

Questions we get a lot

Are you the same company as Harry E. Frey Plumbing & Heating?

Yes. Same shop on 3rd Street, same family, same crew. Harry E. Frey started the business and it has stayed in the family ever since — we have simply updated the name. Your service history and any warranties on past work carry over exactly as before.

Do you charge for a service call?

There is a diagnostic fee to get a technician to your door and figure out what is wrong. You hear the repair price before any work starts, and nothing gets done until you say go.

What should I do first if a pipe bursts?

Shut off the main water valve — usually in the basement near where the line enters the house or by the water meter. Then call us. If you cannot find the valve, call anyway and we will talk you through it on the phone.

Do you handle emergencies at night and on weekends?

Yes. No heat in winter and active water leaks get treated as emergencies year-round. After-hours calls carry a higher rate, and we will tell you what it is before we roll a truck.

How often should a furnace be serviced?

Once a year, before heating season. An annual tune-up catches worn parts before they fail on the coldest night, keeps the unit running efficiently, and is required to keep most manufacturer warranties valid.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully insured, and registered with the Pennsylvania Attorney General as a Home Improvement Contractor. Our registration number is in the footer of every page on this site.

Need someone out today?

Call the shop and talk to someone who knows the answer. Emergency service around the clock, every day of the year.
